Express Turbo - When it's needed tomorrow "Express is the fastest Turbo on the planet, fermenting out 6kg sugar in less than 24 hours and producing very good distillate quality. It is important that water start temperature is correct and only 6kg sugar is used to get maximum speed."
Instructions For Use First prepare the water making sure that it is as close as possible to 40 DegC. Adjust the tempurature if necessary with hot or cold water. Adjust the water start volume to exactly 21 litres. Now add 6kg Turbo Sugar, Sucrose or Dextrose and stir until completely dissolved. Add the yeast by sprinkling on the surface and stir well, rest the lid loosely on the fermenter and leave to ferment for 24 hours between 20-30 Deg.C. air temperature (25 Deg.C. will give the fastest fermentation time).
IMPORTANT To acheive the best quality alcohol it is important to use Turbo Clear after fermentation.
